Dr. Orly Savion is a biotechnology executive and CEO of Alagene, where she leads innovative R&D solutions with a focus on business strategy and product development.
Her career spans leadership roles in venture capital, startups, and technology transfer, fostering partnerships with global pharma, agriculture, and food companies.
Dr. Savion holds a Ph.D. in Molecular Cell and Structural Biology, along with MSc and BSc degrees in Biotechnology and Food Engineering, reflecting her deep technical and strategic expertise.
Dr. Agmon is the Vice President of Research and Development at Alagene, where she drives advancements in synthetic biology, molecular engineering, and sustainable biotechnology.
She holds a Ph.D. in Molecular Microbiology and Biotechnology from Tel Aviv University, with postdoctoral work at Johns Hopkins and NYU focusing on complex DNA structures and multigene pathways.
Previously at Neochromosome, she led teams in engineering large-scale DNA sequences and automating bioengineering processes.

across healthcare, life sciences, medtech, and technology. He previously served as CEO of Medtronic Israel and as Chairman and CEO of the
Israel MedTech Association, leading strategic
growth, organizational transformation, innovation, business development, and global partnerships.
He also brings substantial venture capital experience, evaluating investments, assessing emerging technologies, and supporting companies and entrepreneurs.
Yaron is a CPA and has MA in law from Bar Ilan University, holds an MBA, and completed Harvard University’s Executive Education Program in Healthcare.
His background blends executive leadership with financial, legal, strategic sales, and marketing expertise,
providing a broad perspective on healthcare, technology, investment, and business growth.

He previously held senior roles at Stratasys and leading U.S. and Israeli medical device companies.
Roy holds a BA in Economics and Accounting and an MBA from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
