3.1. Service Providers: In order to collect, store and/or process your Personal Information, we may engage third-party providers of products or services, including courier and logistics companies, sub-contractors, and other service providers who assist us in operating and delivering our Services (collectively, "Service Providers"). Such Service Providers may include cloud hosting and infrastructure providers, data security services, analytics services, email distribution and monitoring services, CRM systems, laboratory information management systems, collaboration and productivity tools such as Microsoft 365, and our legal, financial and compliance advisors. All Service Providers processing Personal Data on our behalf are bound by Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) that align with GDPR and other applicable privacy regulations, ensuring that your data is processed securely and only for the intended purposes.
3.2. AI Tools: In the course of our business operations, we may use third-party artificial intelligence tools and services (including OpenAI and similar providers). Depending on their respective roles in supporting and enhancing our Services or other activities, these providers may have access to Personal Information, but may use it only as permitted under our agreements with them.
3.3. Advertising and Marketing Partners: We may share Personal Information with advertising and digital marketing service providers, advertising networks, and platforms, such as LinkedIn, for the purpose of creating, managing, and optimizing targeted promotional campaigns about our own Services.
